Payment methods
You will be able to pay either by bank transfer or through Airtel Money or Cash on Delivery.
At checkout and payment stage, you will have the choice of payments between Bank Transfer and Airtel Money by downloading the invoice.
Bank Transfer
This payment method is applicable when you place your order on this website. You pay by Bank Transfer via Airtel Money before we ship your order by courier.
Cash on Delivery
This payment method is only applicable to clients within the Kampala area, and in-store purchase. You can order from any partnered outlets and ask the outlet to deliver your order on Cash on Delivery.
Making payment from Kenya
Send us an email on customercare@ruizmartug.com or contact us for instructions on how to pay from Kenya. Majority of our customers in Kenya use M-PESA GLOBAL.
Steps to using the M-PESA Global service for sending money
- From your mobile phone, simply dial *840#
- Opt-in by accepting the 'Terms and Conditions.
- Select the option of 'Send Money Abroad'
- Enter your preferred PIN.
- Select the option of 'Send Money'
- Enter the phone number of the international recipient. - phone number
